Is there any better way to spend a day (or half a day) than eating, drinking, chatting and learning new cookery skills around a huge kitchen table, surrounded by people who love good food?

Rachael Watson is a self-taught cook and ex-GP. Cooking delicious, nourishing food for friends and family is one of her greatest joys in life. She shares her knowledge and skills generously, in a beautiful, light airy kitchen, using simple equipment and home ovens.

My husband and I recently attended Rachael’s French baking course and we had the most amazing day and learned to make some seriously scrumptious breads! Rachael’s teaching style is very relaxed and friendly, and she explains things in a very easy to understand way. The school has also been beautifully designed making it a lovely space to learn. We also had the benef of meeting some incredible people on the course as well! A lovely break for a day – would wholeheartedly recommend! Thank you Rachael”
