Everyone is welcome in any of the classes! Whether you’ve never baked bread in your life, you have a vague memory of baking at school or you’re pretty good at baking bread but want to master specific skills or recipes, possibly with a view to selling your bread.
With only 6 – 8 bakers in each class there’s plenty of opportunity for discussion and personal hands-on tuition.
This class is dedicated to celebration breads from around the world. If you’ve never baked Hot Cross Buns – this is the class for you! Soft and warm and spicy, perfect for toasting “The best hot cross bun I’ve ever tasted” proclaimed Gill’s husband when she took them home last year. Flamiche for lunch and a really beautiful decorated Ukrainian Easter Bread flavoured with lemon, orange and vanilla.
