Coeliac Breads

Suitable for: People with Coeliac, their family members and those with significant gluten intolerance.

Description: Use natural ingredients to make GF breads that taste and feel like “normal” bread and can be frozen whole, sliced or as breadcrumbs to use at a later date. Soft white rolls, a fruity soda bread, buckwheat blinis and rosemary focaccia plus sweet poffertjes if we have time…

Techniques: Please note that making GF bread is completely different to making normal breads. The dough / batter is usually made in a mixer and there is no kneading or shaping involved.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Programme

9.30am Coffee and a chat about your baking experience and what you’d like out of the day

1.30pm Lunch in the sun room with a glass of wine and the first taste of your own bread

4.30pm Aim to finish. Times vary depending on experience, conversation and the weather!

 Just yourself, your questions and a smile.

All equipment, aprons, ingredients, recipes, refreshments and lunch are included.
