7-8 bakers per class
Everyone is welcome in this class.
You’ll learn how to mix 3 different types of dough (sweet, white and brown), how to shape a tin loaf, a batch loaf, individual wraps and an impressive tea ring.
Skill levels vary in every class – from people who bake every week and want to master a specific skill to those who haven’t baked a loaf of bread in their life. With only 7 or 8 bakers per class, there’s plenty of opportunity for questions, discussion and one-to-one tuition.

9.30am Coffee and a chat about your baking experience and what you’d like out of the day
1.30pm Lunch in the sun room with a glass of wine and the first taste of your own bread
4.30pm Aim to finish. Times vary depending on experience, conversation and the weather!
