7-8 bakers per class
The ciabatta / focaccia dough is very wet so you’ll probably get more out of the class if you have some experience baking bread. But if you don’t mind a challenge and making a mess in the kitchen then just go ahead and book! With only 7 or 8 bakers per class, there’s plenty of opportunity for questions, discussion and one-to-one tuition.

Fig + Rosemary Wholemeal Loaf
Bolzanese (huge sweet breakfast rolls)
9.30am Coffee and a chat about your baking experience and what you’d like out of the day
1.30pm Lunch in the sun room with a glass of wine and the first taste of your own bread
4.30pm Aim to finish. Times vary depending on experience, conversation and the weather
