Description
Suffering from Chronic Pain is awful and it can be a real struggle to find treatments that help.
But research from around the word has proven that simply learning about the new science of pain is one of the most powerful and important things that you can do to improve your pain.
I qualified as a doctor in 1992 and have worked as a GP in and around Abergavenny for the last 18 years. In 2015 I opened the Abergavenny Baker School of Artisan Breads where we eat, drink, chat and bake together in small groups. It’s relaxed, informal and very enjoyable.
The School of Pain Management offers a similar experience, but the emphasis is on learning about your pain. I use my knowledge and experience to explain the nerve pathways and risk factors for developing chronic pain and the skills and practices that you can use to fell less pain and enjoy life more.
